I honestly don't know where to begin. This has been one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases I've ever experienced.
I was originally offered what seemed like a great deal with a reasonable monthly payment and a low 4% interest rate. I was told I needed a cosigner, but instead of adding me to the loan with a cosigner, I was removed from the loan entirely and the vehicle was financed in my disabled brother's name. To be honest they are not taking responsibility for a vehicle that I bought. They are claiming the they did not know about preexisting conditions when the vehicle came from out of state. I brought to LHM Chevrolet in Albuquerque, NM. They found a lot of things that your dealership could not find like valve cover gasket leaking oil cooler line upper control arm missing bolt on a sway bar back up camera not working cracked windshield. I went with my uncle to buy a car in there soon as we got there we agreed with smiles. Everybody is so funny. It was super fast compared to what I used to. They’re very nice selection. Vehicles to choose from the dealership is very clean overall it was the best time I’ve ever spent any car dealership at the general manager. He came out and introduced himself. It was very nice that made my uncle feel real good. I highly recommend this! What a great experience!

This was the BEST car leasing experience I can recall. We drove from out of state 7hrs.and spent the night.Coming in the next morning everyone had gone out of their way to prepare as much of the paperwork and car prep possible before our arrival, knowing we had a long drive home. However the service representatives, especially Bryce Peever, had had no customer service training or is just unconscious to customer needs. He gave me a service quote that was more than the value of my car. When I asked what was absolutely necessary, he was mute. Over the years, I've taken my cars to Garcia INFINITI for service because they're supposed to represent the brand and be a team of professionals and experts. So when the engine in my M56 misfired and they recommended the spark plugs followed by a $5k engine repair, I approved, as I was given no reason by the service department to think that following a $5k repair, my engine would still have serious problems. The only thing I have a problem with is that I was told it would be about 1200.00 and when I came to pick it up it was 1900.00, That is very unfair now in the times when money is tight!!!!!!

The Garcia INFINITI service in Albuquerque is great. Working with Leonard, the Service Advisor, is allows a pleasant experience. Leonard makes sure everything is taken care of form normal service to warranty service. He keeps me informed of needed items to be ordered and follows up with me on setting up a time for the install or service. As a result of the care that is provided, we are considering to purchase their multiple service program. The sales group always says Hi when we come in and remembers our names.
The service it's always the best and I was able to accommodate my schedule. Leonard was great in my car was ready as promised. I'll be back.

I had a oil change and mentioned my steering wheel appeared to be hotter than it should be. They check it as well as the full inspection and noticed the problem and others I had not. They ordered a new steering wheel and replaced it all within warranty. Very fast and efficient.

I appreciate Lenard experience, expertise in handling my problems with my car. I especially like the fact that he is organized and ready when you come in, everything is ready to go when your dropping off your car or picking it up. The loaner car is filled up waiting for you with full tank of gas, even was warmed up in the morning, so one does not have to get in a cold car. He addressed all my problems every time I come in, I appreciate the professionalism he expresses every time I come in.

To start my Experience, I took the vehicle in before the warranty expired for transmission/torque converter issues and was told there were no problems and the transmission/torque converter were operating as normal. I notified my service advisor (Lawrence) numerous times that something did not seem right. I was assured that everything was fine. After the warranty was expired I learned that the torque converter failed ($1,381.91 fix) and less than one month later the transmission failed ($5,225.79 fix). QX56 would not respond to key fob. Leonard allowed me to have the car delivered/towed to have diagnlostic and he contacted my service plan provider to approve repairs/payment. You can’t drive a better car than an INFINITI and there is no better place to shop for and buy one than INFINITI. The sales force (Al Alfano is wonderful) is knowledgeable. The finance guys are a class act. The building is modern and they have a great space to display their sleek cars and host the purchase negotiations. Chris, who mans the reception desk among other duties, is a terrific lady. And the service department is courteous and proficient. You can’t go wrong going to Garcia for all of your vehicle needs.
